We are specialised in creating multi-layered personal training programmes for you as a whole. Taking your goals as the lead while you might accomplish many other health goals that you did not expect.

Our unique approach is based on multiple training techniques. We combine strength and fitness training with yoga and Pilates: working not only on your strength and endurance, but also taking your anatomy, range of motion of your joints, your flexibility and movement techniques into account. 

In our opinion, mental and physical health can never be split apart. For that reason, we spend a lot of time and energy on getting to know you and your training preferences. So that you get the most bang for your buck.

I can't recommend Yessica highly enough! Whether it comes to yoga, pilates or 1 on 1 training, Yessica knows it all. Whenever I had a busy day or week, her yin classes always slowed me down in a relaxing and refreshing way. During the classes, she makes sure that the right atmosphere is set and is very thoughtful towards the different types of yogi's, giving tips to deepen or make your pose more relaxed. Her pilates classes are full of energy and help you to achieve more than you thought possible. She is a kind, and very capable personal trainer with a lot of passion for her job! Do yourself a favour and go to one of her classes or book a personal training, I can guarantee, you won’t regret it!
